Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Phoenix Airport - Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

We should have been informed when checking in the long term parking was across the street as the Arizona Lottery parking lot. I drove around the packed parking lot of the Hotle, then parked on the street. I went to the desk to ask about parking and then was informed the "overflow" parking was in the AZ Lottery lot across the street. All was well with parking there, but I would have saved several minutes ad some frustration in trying to shoe-horn into a spot in the completely full (and small) parking area around the hotel itself. Otherwise, all was good with the room and staff. Just STRONGLY suggest it be made clear overflow is in the lot across the street.

Worked out well with transportation to and from the airport, and parking while we were travelling.

I love the ease of transportation to the airport. Love that my car was safe and sound. Loved that I could call at the end of my trip and have the ease of transportation out of the airport

The staff was really supportive and attentive. There were 0 parking spaces when I arrived, so I have to park on the side near the building. I had to get up a little earlier than I wanted because I needed to move my car to a parking spot. It was super easy to communicate with the staff and they arranged the lift to and from the airport. If you plan to use them just know that the parking fills up quickly.

The rug in the elevator was stained very worn. It looked dirty and should have been replaced. The free breakfast was adequate. The room seemed reasonably clean. The one framed piece of art was just propped up against the edge of the top of the desk leaning on the wall, rather than being hung on the wall I thought that was strange The main thing that disturbed me was that when I got to the hotel they told me that they were going to charge me five dollars a day for parking because I had booked with Expedia. There was nowhere in the contract that mentioned this charge.

Have stayed here many times to use the park and fly option. It is a nice hotel for a quick stay and they do an excellent job of getting you to and from the airport.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful with shuttle to the airport. The breakfast bag was a nice touch.

The hotel was great but unfortunately the shuttle wasn’t running when we needed it so we booked a taxi through the hotel. The taxi never showed and we had to call our own Lyft to get to the airport because we couldn’t wait any longer.

Super convenient - great price- only reason for 4 stars is that it advertised grab and go breakfast but when I went down in the morning to get - I was told, unapologetically, that they were doing construction on the kitchen and that beginning the day before I got there all breakfasts were discontinued. With such an early flight and children as well - that was something I was counting on and really, just an honest, friendly - I'm sorry would have helped.
